Dr. Brielle provides compassionate, play based occupational therapy for infants, toddlers, and growing children. She specializes in helping kids thrive across all stages of development, including fine motor precision, sensory integration, self regulation, visual motor skills, and daily life routines. Whether your child needs help mastering developmental milestones, co-ordinating hand movements, or navigating sensory processing challenges, Dr. Brielle creates tailored, engaging sessions in your home.

Note on Feeding Support: While Dr. Brielle handles everyday developmental routines, specialized infant and pediatric feeding and tongue tie intensives continue to be offered through our dedicated Milk Matters PT team at our specialized clinic locations in Martinsville and West Caldwell.

Megan is a dedicated speech language pathologist passionate about helping children find their voice and build strong communication skills. She supports children of all ages and stages who are working through expressive and receptive language delays, articulation, speech clarity, social communication, and early play development. By working directly in your home, Megan helps transform everyday family interactions into rich communication opportunities.

Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Carly brings warmth, energy, and evidence based practice to her in home speech and language sessions. She works with children facing a wide variety of speech, language, and developmental communication needs. Carly excels at making therapy feel like natural play, meeting children where they are emotionally and developmentally to help them express their thoughts, build vocabulary, and connect with the world around them.
